Interviews : Initial interviews may be conducted by telephone, video conference or in person. Interviews are conducted in such a way as to provide for two-way dialogue and feedback. The interview will provide you with the opportunity to describe your competencies, skills, experience, knowledge and academic credentials in further detail. Likewise, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification about the position, expectations of the role and the culture at PofLink. All interviews will be coordinated by PofLink. Should travel or accommodations be required, PofLink will make the necessary arrangements.
